I can't log in to my account

If this is the case, we need to create an account for you in our new system. Please email support@deniseaudio.com and we'll create a new account for you. Please provide the email and first + last name associated with your old account.

Why is my license key not working?

Any license keys purchased after October 5th 2023 should activate just fine. However, if you purchased before this date and are experiencing issues, we need to get you a new set of license keys compatible with our rebuilt plugins. Please write us at support@deniseaudio.com and include the email and name associated with your old account.

How do I receive my purchased plugins?

A link to download your software, along with a unique license key, will be emailed to you immediately after checkout.

How do I access my orders/license keys?

Orders placed through the Denise Audio website are fulfilled by FastSpring. You can login to view your orders and license keys by following this link: http://deniseaudio.onfastspring.com/account

Orders placed through a third party dealer, such as Plugin Boutique, will be accessible via the dealer’s site.

How do I activate my plugins?

Our plugins will run in trial mode until they’re activated. You can activate them by entering your license key (emailed with your purchase) into the text window in the trial screen of your unactivated plugin. Please note that you need an Internet connection to activate your license.

How many devices can I activate my plugins on?

License keys are valid for three devices. If you need to deactivate a license on a device, please reach out to support@deniseaudio.com

Can I trial any of your plugins before I purchase them?

Yes, you can download the trial version of all of our paid plugins. Trials will output 5 seconds of silence every 60 seconds until activated.

Is there an upgrade discount for existing owners?

Yes, we do offer a loyalty discount. We want to make life as easy as possible for existing owners and are currently working on an automated upgrade system. Until then, we can manually process upgrade requests.

We offer the following upgrade paths:

Own 1 plugin: 15% off the list price for any new purchases

Own 2-4 plugins: 25% off the list price for any new purchases

Own 5 plugins or more: 45% off the list price for any new purchases

We will offer a discount of $10 per plugin owned at all times when creating custom bundles that "complete" a user's collection. This will apply even during a sales period.

The discount can be applied to any individual plugins or bundles, and we are happy to make a custom bundle of plugins you want to purchase together. Please note that the discount is applied to the MSRP/list price of your new order and cannot be applied to already discounted products.

To get an upgrade discount, please write to support@deniseaudio.com – we will look up your email for verification of your order history.

Will Denise Audio plugins work on my operating system?

These are the technical specs for all plugins listed on our website:

Windows 10 or newer (64-bit)

macOS 10.11 or newer (64-bit) including native Apple Silicon

Plugin Formats: VST, VST3, AU, AAX (64-bit only)

Can I transfer a license to another user?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer license transfers.
